What Lions Do

We serve in 207 countries

In over 200 countries Lions Club members are there to meet challenges in their community.  They serve with kindness and our mission is to improve wellbeing, support and strengthen our communities. Lions serve their communities in a variety of ways supported by Lions Clubs International and its global foundation.

At the local level, Lions serve their communities in many different ways, providing help where there is a need. Being local they can serve the unique needs of the communities they live in. Each club is given the freedom to choose how they can best hep their community and which global causes they support. Lions around the world support 8 global causes, Childhood Cancer, Diabetes, Disaster Relief, Environment, Humanitarian relief, Hunger, Vision and Youth.

Globally together Lions can address challenges that go beyond borders.
