Submitting Your Application:

Please note: all volunteers under 18 must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian permitting them to participate. Any kids under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is volunteering with them and travelling the entire route of the parade.

Read the Rules & Regulations sheet, make sure you are aware of the rules, then complete, sign & submit this application form, Applications may be submitted by email to [email protected]. Please make sure to put Parade Volunteers in the subject line of the email.
